      @@rainydays2006 Hi! For a healthier sweetener, you can try adding a natural option like honey, maple syrup, or agave nectar to your pistachio butter. These can give a nice, sweet touch without using refined sugars. Good luck with your Dubai chocolate creation! 🍫

      Interesting perspective. While it's true that cooking can affect the nutritional value of anise seeds, it's not a guarantee that all benefits are lost. In fact, many of the benefits of anise seeds come from their compounds being released and absorbed during cooking. And, for many people, the culinary benefits of using anise seeds outweigh any potential loss of nutritional value.

    • @Foodtolive
      @Foodtolive 23 дні тому

      Thanks for your question! Mixed seeds are packed with nutrients, healthy fats, and protein, which can be beneficial for your diet. However, like any food, moderation is key. Eating them in balanced portions as part of a healthy diet shouldn’t cause weight gain. Always consider your overall calorie intake and activity level. If you have specific dietary concerns, it’s a good idea to consult with a nutritionist.

      Yes, it's perfectly fine to keep your raw mix seeds in an airtight glass container in the fridge for long-term use. Storing them in the fridge will help maintain their freshness and prevent them from going rancid. Just make sure the container is airtight to keep moisture out and preserve the quality of the seeds. Can I use all purpose instead of bread flour?

    • @Foodtolive
      @Foodtolive Місяць тому

      Absolutely! You can substitute all-purpose flour for bread flour in this recipe. However, keep in mind that all-purpose flour has a slightly lower protein content compared to bread flour, which might affect the texture of the bread slightly. You may need to adjust the kneading time accordingly to achieve the desired texture.

      Hi! Spirulina is generally regarded as safe when consumed in appropriate doses. However, like with any supplement, it's important to consult with a healthcare professional before adding it to your routine, especially if you have any underlying health conditions or concerns. While there's limited evidence linking spirulina to neurological disorders, it's always best to err on the side of caution and seek personalized advice from a qualified healthcare provider.

    RECIPE 👇 INGREDIENTS: • 2 cups rye flour • 1 cup bread flour • 1 tbsp molasses • 2 tsp cocoa powder • 2 tsp coriander seeds • 2 tsp caraway seeds • 1 ½ tsp salt • 2 tsp instant yeast • 2 tsp vegetable oil • 1 cup warm water INSTRUCTIONS: 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the dark rye flour, bread flour, salt, instant yeast, cocoa powder, coriander seeds, and caraway seeds. Mix well to evenly distribute the ingredients. 2. In a separate bowl, mix the warm water with oil and molasses until dissolved. 3. Pour the molasses mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir with a spoon or spatula until a sticky dough forms and all the flour is incorporated. Make sure there are no dry patches. 4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a clean kitchen towel and let it sit at room temperature for at least 12 hours. During this time, the dough will rise and develop flavor. 5. After the resting period, preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Place a large, oven-safe pot with a lid (such as a Dutch oven) into the oven while it preheats. This will help create a crusty loaf. 6. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. Use the heels of your hands to push the dough away from you, then fold it back toward you, rotating it a quarter turn each time. 7. Shape the dough into a round ball. You can do this on a piece of parchment paper. Use heat-resistant parchment paper. 8. Make a few shallow cuts on the top using a sharp knife. 9. Carefully remove the hot pot from the oven. Be careful as it will be very hot. Remove the lid. 10. Use the parchment to lift the dough and place it in the pot. Be cautious and use oven mitts to handle the hot pot. 11. Cover the pot with the lid and return it to the oven. Bake for 30 minutes with the lid on. 12. After 30 minutes, remove the lid and continue baking for an additional 20 minutes, or until the bread is deeply browned and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom. 13. Once baked, carefully remove the bread from the pot and let it cool on a wire rack before slicing. NOTE: All types of rye flour will work for this recipe.

    RECIPE 👇 INGREDIENTS: • 3 cups whole wheat flour • 1 1/2 cup warm water • 1 tbsp active dry yeast • 1 tsp salt INSTRUCTIONS: 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the warm water and active dry yeast. Let it sit for about 10 min until the mixture becomes frothy. 2. Add the whole wheat flour and salt to the bowl with the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms. 3. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 min until it becomes smooth and elastic. 4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1.5-2 hours, or until it doubles in size. 5. Once the dough has risen, punch it down to release the air bubbles and shape it into a round loaf. 6. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C). Place a Dutch oven with its lid on in the oven while it preheats. 7. Once the oven and Dutch oven are preheated, carefully remove the hot Dutch oven from the oven using oven mitts. 8. Transfer the shaped dough into the hot Dutch oven. Be careful not to burn yourself. 9. Score the top of the dough with a sharp knife or razor blade to allow for expansion during baking. 10. Cover the Dutch oven with its lid and place it back in the oven. 11. Bake the bread covered for 30 min. Then, remove the lid and bake for an additional 10 min, or until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom. 12. Once baked, carefully remove the bread from the Dutch oven and let it cool on a wire rack before slicing. Note: All types of whole wheat flour will work for this recipe.

    • @Foodtolive
      @Foodtolive Місяць тому

      Hi! Glad you enjoyed the video! Regarding your question, while ozonated water can be used for sprouting, it's essential to be cautious as ozone can affect the sprouting process and may not be suitable for all seeds. Using filtered water ensures a consistent and safe environment for sprouting without introducing additional variables. However, if you choose to use ozonated water, it's advisable to research its effects on the specific seeds you're sprouting and proceed with caution. Hope this helps!

    Been trying several baked onion ring recipes from youtube the past few weeks. All were pretty decent so far. Sorry to say but this was a waste of a perfectly good onion! Baked them about 19 minutes, flipping after 10. The dough had no crisp at all. All were soggy. And I even switched my oven to convection mode when I flipped them. Some I had sprayed lightly with oil and others a bit more generously. These looked great in the video but I almost feel like it was a bait and switch! I cook a lot and sadly these really sucked. The easiest, tastiest and crunchiest baked version so far has been dipping in buttermilk then panko breadcrumbs that had some seasoning added.

      Hi! Boiling almonds for a quick minute, like in the video, doesn't zap away all the good stuff. It just helps with peeling. But if you're worried about nutrients, soaking or roasting might be more your style. Thanks for asking!

    Nice performance. Look up Ken Wheeler’s using magnetic field on seeds prior.

      In our original recipe, we warm the juice gently without boiling to minimize vitamin loss 🙌

    You could have took out the seed every time you put water in there because they naturally float to the surface. Making it less hassle at the end. Simple get a spoon and take them from the top every time you water them
